CHAPTER 291.
AN ACT to repeal an act passed at January ses-
sion of eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter
three hundred and three, entitled "An act to
provide for the appointment of three superin-
tendents to supervise and control the repairs and
improvements of the Public county road in Alle-
gany county, leading from Barrollville to West-
ernport in said county, and to authorize and
require the County Commissioners of said county
to make levies for the repair and improvement
of the same," and to enact the following sections
in lieu of said act so repealed.
SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the act Of the General Assem-

pealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That in lieu of said act,	Additional
