CHAPTER 243.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of
Frederick county to issue bonds, bearing interest
at the rate of five per cent, per annum, to raise
money to pay off the present bonded indebtedness
of said county, bearing six per cent, interest per
annum, and to levy and collect the necessary
taxes for the payment of such five per cent, bonds
and the interest thereon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Frederick county are hereby authorized, from time	Commission-
