AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of

Frederick county to issue bonds, bearing interest
|

at the rate of five per cent, per annum, to raise
|
 
|
money to pay off the present bonded indebtedness
|
 
|
of said county, bearing six per cent, interest per
|
 
|
annum, and to levy and collect the necessary
|
 
|
taxes for the payment of such five per cent, bonds
|
 
|
and the interest thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
