CHAPTER 236.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of
|
|
|
Kent county to alter or widen private roads.
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|

Kent county, on the application of any owner of a

private road or way to have the same altered or

widened, because its course or breadth seriously em-

barrasses travel thereon, or renders it unsafe, shall
