AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and thirty-

nine of the Acts of the General Assembly, passed
|
 
|
at the January session, eighteen hundred and sev-
|
 
|
enty-four, entitled " An act to regulate the issuing
|
 
|
of licenses for the sale of spirituous and fermented
|
 
|
liquors in this State," and to re-enact the same, with
|
 
|
amendments, so as to exempt Montgomery county
|
 
|
from the provisions of aaid act.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That chapter four hundred and
|
 
|
thirty-nine of the Acts of the General Assembly of
|
Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
Maryland, passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and seventy-four, entitled " An act to regu-
|
 
|
late the issuing-of licenses for the sale of spirituous
|
 
|
and fermented liquors in this State," be and the
|
 
|
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read
|
 
|
as follows :
