CHAPTER 217.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay
William Hepbron and J. W. Howard, late col-
lectors of State taxes in Kent county, the amounts
overpaid by them into the treasury.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to issue his warrant
upon the Treasurer to pay to William Hepbron, of
Kent county, the sum of twenty-seven dollars and
thirty-four cents, being the amount overpaid by said William Hepbron into the treasury as collector of
State taxes for the third district of Kent county, for
the years eighteen hundred and seventy-two and
eighteen hundred and seventy-three ; and also to pay	Repay taxes paid in error.
to J. W. Howard, of Kent county, the sum of forty
dollars and forty-one cents, being the amount over-
paid by said J. W. Howard into the treasury as col-
lector of State taxes for the third district of Kent
county, for the years eighteen hundred and seventy-
four and eighteen hundred and seventy-five, as
respectively certified to by the Comptroller of this
State.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force.
