CHAPTER 34.


AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and thirty


of article three of the Code of Public Local Laws,


entitled " Baltimore county," and to re-enact the


same with amendments, imposing additional du-


ties upon certain constables in said county so as to


read as follows :


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That section one hundred and thirty
