CHAPTER 210.

 

AN ACT for the protection of partridges, pheasants,

 

rabbits, woodcock and rail bird, and to prevent

 

trespassing with dog or gun on private property

 

in Cecil and Harford counties.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful to shoot,

trap, kill, or in any manner destroy or expose for
