SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said town com-

missioners be and they are hereby authorized to

of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled, " Al-

legany County," sub-title " County Commission-

ers," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That section thirteen of article
one of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Al-
|
|
|
|
legany County," sub-title " County Commission-
|
|
