CHAPTER 187.

AN ACT to prevent stock running at large in and

|
around Lutherville, in Baltimore county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for stock
|

more county, nor within a circuit of one mile, tak-

ing the Lutheran church in said village as the central

point.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be lawful
