SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 185.

 

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Com-

 

missioners of Anne Arundel county to erect a

 

lock-up or guard house in the fifth district of said

 

county.

 

Whereas great inconvenience has been experienced

 

in the fifth district of Anne Arundel county by rea-

 

son of the absence of any place of confinement for
