CHAPTER 181.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of

Allegany county to exchange a certain portion of

the land belonging to said county, known as the
|
 
|
Alms House Farm, and to receive in exchange
|
 
|
therefor another piece of land from William T.
|
 
|
Mullen, and to receive and hold the said land so
|
 
|
exchanged.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|

ers authorized

of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Allegany county be and they are hereby authorized

and empowered to exchange a certain small portion
|
 
|
of the land belonging to said county, known as the
|
 
|
Alms House Farm, with William T. Mullen, for

other lands, to be by him deeded to them, and to re-
