SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Col-
lege of Physicians and Surgeons of Baltimore city,
hereby created by the union aforesaid, shall under

and all supplements thereto which have been since
passed by the General Assembly of Maryland, to-
gether with all other existing acts of the General	A.cts declared
