CHAPTER 173.

AN ACT to repeal section twenty-five of article

thirty-eight of the Code of Public General Laws,

title "Fees of Officers," sub-title "Notaries Pub-
|
 
|
lic," and to re-enact the same with amendments,
|
 
|
and to legalize acts of Comptrollers Leonard and
|
 
|
Woolford, so far as they appertain to notaries pub-
|
 
|
lic of the city of Baltimore.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That section twenty-five of article
thirty-eight of the Code of Public General Laws,
|
