CHAPTER 167.
AN ACT to refund to Horace Resley, late clerk of
the Circuit Court for Alleghany county, the sum
of four hundred and sixty-two dollars, erroneously
paid into the State Treasury.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant	Comptroller directed to
upon the Treasurer, payable to the order of Horace	draw warrant
Resley, late clerk of the Circuit Court for Alleghany
county, for the sum of four hundred and sixty-two
dollars, erroneously paid into the State Treasury on
account of misplaced license blanks.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force.

CHAPTER 168.
AN ACT to repeal section eighty of article two of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Anne Arun-
del county," sub-title "County Commissioners,"
as said section was repealed and re-enacted by the
acts of the General Assembly, passed at the Jan-
uary session, eighteen hundred and seventy-four,
chapter four hundred and eighty-five, and to re-
enact said section.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section eighty of article two of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arun-	Repealed and enacted in lieu

said section was repealed and re-enacted by the acts
