CHAPTER 165.

AN ACT to provide for the payment of a sum of

money to Henry Asquith, for professional services

rendered the State.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treas-
ury be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
|

dred dollars, for compensation for the trial of the

Counsel fees.

county, and in the Court of Appeals ; and the trial

of the case of the County School Commissioners of

Prince George's county versus Levin Woolford,

Comptroller, in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel

county, which said sum of three hundred dollars is

hereby appropriated for that purpose.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
