Whereas Frances Thompson, feme sole, late of


Washington county, deceased, by her last will and


testament, bearing date the third day of May, in the


year one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six,


and duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court


for said county, on the fifth day of December then


next following, devised her undivided interest upon
certain conditions to her sister for life, or during oc-
