AN ACT to give the assent of the General Assem-

bly to a devise in the will of Frances Thomson,

feme sole, late of Washington county, deceased, to

|
|

the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church of Ha-
|
|
|
|
gerstown, in said county.
|
|
|
|
Whereas Frances Thompson, feme sole, late of
|
|
|
|
Washington county, deceased, by her last will and
|
|
|
|
testament, bearing date the third day of May, in the
|
|
|
|
year one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six,
|
|
|
|
and duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court
|
|
|
|
for said county, on the fifth day of December then
|
|
|
|
next following, devised her undivided interest upon
certain conditions to her sister for life, or during oc-
|

cupancy, and after that, her said interest should be

sold, " And the net proceeds thereof I hereby devise
