Provided however, that when said coal, lumber, pig-


iron, ores of all kinds and stone, are delivered to the


said Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company in cars


belonging to any other person, persons, corporation,


or corporations, such person or persons, corporation


or corporations, shall be entitled to, and receive from


said Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, an al-
