	AN ACT to add an additional section to the Code of
	Public General Laws, article twenty-six, title " Cor-
	porations," prohibiting the issue of notes or obliga-
	tions in place of money or loans, to be called sub-
	section A.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
