CHAPTER 153.
|
|
|
|
AN ACT to prevent the sale of spirituous and fer-
|
|
|
|
mented liquors within the distance of one-half
|
|
|
|
mile from the main exhibition hall of the Agri-
|
|
|
|
cultural and Mechanical Society of Harford county
|
|
|
|
during the days of any exhibitions of said society.
|
|
|
Who shall
sell liquor.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That any person who shall sell or bar-
|
|
|
|
ter any spirituous or fermented liquor or liquors,
|
|
|
|
lager beer or cider, within the distance of one-half
|
|
|
|
mile from the main exhibition hall of Agricultural
|
|
|
|
and Mechanical Society of Harford county on the
|
|
|

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That if any person shall

while selling or bartering any article whatsoever,

SEC. 3. Be it enacted. That if any person shall
