CHAPTER 152.

AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and twen-
ty-nine, of the acts passed at the January session,
eighteen hundred and seventy-four, entitled an act
to incorporate a company to construct a turnpike
road from Hagerstown, in Washington county, to
the town of Sharpsburg, passed at the January
session, eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter
one hundred and twenty-nine, and to re-enact the
said section with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That chapter four hundred and twen-
ty-nine, of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-
