	State's Attorney, amount to or exceed, in any year,
	the sum of nine hundred dollars, nor when such ad-
	ditional compensation, together with said fees, will
	exceed the sum of eight hundred dollars.
	SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That the State's Attorney
