AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and thirty-


eight of article sixteen of the Code of Public Gen-


eral Laws, title " Chancery," as enacted by chap-


ter four hundred and twenty-eight, of the acts of


the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the


January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-


four, as enacted by chapter three hundred and


seventy, of the acts of the General Assembly, pass-


ed at the January session in the year eighteen hun-


dred and seventy, and to re-enact the said section


with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
