	CHAPTER 133.
	AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of
	Harford county to levy a sum of money as a pen-
	sion for William L. Bailey, of said county.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of

	CHAPTER 134.
	AN ACT to incorporate the East New Market Navi-
	gation and Wharf Company.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That John Webster, Major S. Fletch-
	er, Samuel L. Webster, John W. Fletcher, Elbridge
	S. Johnson, L. P. Judson, W. E. Johnson, A. In-
	gram, George A. Thompson, Henry W. Houston, F. Dean and George P. Jones, be, and they are here- by appointed Commissioners, under the direction of whom subscriptions may be received to the capital	Appointed commission-
