CHAPTER 132.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Com-

missioners of Baltimore county to levy a sum of

money to pay certain assessors appointed under

the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chap-

ter two hundred and sixty, generally known as

the assessment act.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners

eight dollars, to be applied as follows : to be paid to

Patrick O. Brien, the sum of one hundred and

ninety-six dollars, for forty-nine days services as one

of the assessors of Baltimore county, after the time

limited by the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-

six ; to be paid to Henry A. Nagle, the sum of one

hundred and ninety-six dollars, for forty-nine days

services as aforesaid, and to William T. Faithful, the

sum of one hundred and ninety-six dollars, for forty-

nine days services as aforesaid.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted. That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.
