AN ACT to incorporate a company to make a turn-

pike road from Unionville, in Frederick county, to

intersect the Unionbridge turnpike road, at or near

the dwelling house of Daniel Wolf, in the same

|
|

county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, ly the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That Stephen Haines, Abram Stoner,
|
|
|
|
Peter Shriver, John Clemson, Oliver H. Pearre,
|
Commission-

|
|
Henry C. Gaither, Charles A. Lawerence and Ed-
|
ers.
|
|
|
ward D. Danner, be, and they are hereby appointed
|
|
|
|
Commissioners, who, or a majority of whom, shall
|
|
|
|
cause books to be opened at Unionville, in Frederick
|

county, at such time and place as they, or a majority

of them, may deem advisable, for the purpose of re-
ceiving subscriptions to the capital stock of the com-
pany incorporated by this act, notice having been

first given, as the said commissioners, or a majority

of them, may deem expedient, of the time and place
|
|
|
|
of opening said books, and continue the same open
|
|
|
|
from time to time, so long and as often as they, or a
|
|
|
|
majority of them, may find necessary to complete
|
|
|
|
such subscriptions.

|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the capital stock
