	CHAPTER 119.
	AN ACT to incorporate a company to make a turn-
	pike road from Unionville, in Frederick county, to
	intersect the Unionbridge turnpike road, at or near
	the dwelling house of Daniel Wolf, in the same
	county.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted, ly the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That Stephen Haines, Abram Stoner,
	Peter Shriver, John Clemson, Oliver H. Pearre,	Commission-
	Henry C. Gaither, Charles A. Lawerence and Ed-	ers.
	ward D. Danner, be, and they are hereby appointed
	Commissioners, who, or a majority of whom, shall
	cause books to be opened at Unionville, in Frederick	Books to be
	county, at such time and place as they, or a majority	opened.
	of them, may deem advisable, for the purpose of re- ceiving subscriptions to the capital stock of the com- pany incorporated by this act, notice having been
	first given, as the said commissioners, or a majority
	of them, may deem expedient, of the time and place

	such subscriptions.
