	CHAPTER 114.
	AN ACT to add an additional section to the Code
	of Public Local Laws, article four, title " City of
	Baltimore," sub-title "Bridges and Highways,"
	to follow after section thereof numbered one hun-
	dred and thirty-seven, to be called sub-section "A."
	SECTION 1. Se it enacted ly the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the following additional section be added to the Code of Public Local Laws, article	Additional section.
	four, title " City of Baltimore," sub-title " Bridges
	and Highways," to follow after section one hundred
	and thirty-seven thereof, to be called sub-section
	"A," and to read as follows :
	SUB-SEC. A. That the Mayor and City Council of
	Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized, with
	the County Commissioners of any adjoining or neigh-
	boring county or counties thereof, to purchase all bridges and turnpike roads, or any portions thereof
	leading towards said city, at such times and upon such terms as said Mayor and City Council and said	Authorized to purchase
