108. If any of the owners of property assessed

within said town shall conceive themselves aggreived

|
|
109. The said burgess and commissioners may pass
all by-laws and ordinances necessary to give effect

and operation to all the powers vested in them, and
|
|
|
|
the corporation may impose fines for the breach of
|

110. Said burgess and commissioners may make

all such by-laws and ordinances, not contrary to law,

as they may deem expedient for the protection of
the health, comfort, convenience and prosperity of

the town and its inhabitants, for the prevention or

|

removal of nuisances, and suppression of vice and
|
|
|
|
immorality within the town.

|
|
|
111. If any person shall neglect or refuse to pay

|
|
|
any fine imposed on him for a violation of any or
|
|
|
|
dinance of said corporation, the burgess and com

112. The burgess and commissioners may pas

113. The burgess shall be treasurer of the corpo

ration, and shall give bond thereto approved by th

commissioners, or a majority of them, in the penalt
