CHAPTER 107.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with an amendment,

section one of an act passed at January session,
|
|
|
|
|
eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter two hundred
|
|
|
|
|
and forty-seven, entitled " An act to amend the
|
|
|
|
|
sixteenth article of the Code of Public General
|
|
|
|
|
Laws by adding thereto the following sections,
|
|
|
|
|
relating to trustees appointed by will or by a de-
|
|
|
|
|
cree of a court of equity to fill a vacancy in the
|
|
|
|
|
offices of trustees in any trust relating to real or
|
|
|
|
|
personal estate or leasehold property created by
|
|
|
|
|
will:"
|

|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That section one of an act passed at
|
|
|
|
|
January session, eighteen hundred and seventy,
|
|
|
|
|
chapter two hundred and forty-seven, entitled " An
|
|
|
|
|
act to amend the sixteenth article of the Code of
|
|
|
|
