	CHAPTER S.
	AN ACT supplementary to an act passed at the
	January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-
	six, entitled " An Act to amend an act entitled
	an act to Incorporate the Methodist Episcopal
	Church of Frederick," passed February the twen-
	ty-fourth, eighteen hundred and forty-one, chapter
	one hundred and twenty-five..
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the Board of Trustees of the
	Methodist Episcopal Church of Frederick shall con-	Shall consist

	sons, to be annually elected according to the provi-
	sions of the Discipline of the Methodist Episcopal
	Church of the United States, each of whom shall be
	not less than twenty-one years of age, and two-thirds
	of whom shall be members in good standing of the
	Methodist Episcopal Church of Frederick.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said act to	Repealed
	which this is a supplement be and the same is here-	where it con-
	by repealed, so far as the same is in conflict with the	flicts
	provisions of this act, and no further.
	SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this act
	shall take effect as soon as it shall be accepted and	In force
	assented to by a majority of the Trustees of the
	Methodist Episcopal Church of Frederick.

	CHAPTER 9.
	AN ACT to authorize Elijah S. Adkins to settle
	his account as guardian to Covington S. H. Lit-
	tleton, and to deliver over the estate to the said
	ward.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That Elijah S. Adkins, guardian to Covington S. H. Littleton, a minor, be and he is hereby authorized to pass his final account as guar-	Pass final ac- count.
