AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General
|
|
|
|
Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of David
|
|
|
|
Johnson, late of the city of Baltimore, deceased,
|
|
|
|
to the Second "Universalist Society " of the city
|
|
|
|
of Baltimore.
|
|
|
|
Whereas David Johnson, late of the city of Bal-
|
|
|
Preamble.
|
timore, deceased, by his last will and testament, duly
|
|
|
|
admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court for Balti-
|
|
|
|
more city, on or about the fifth day of August, in the
|
|
|
|
year one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six, be-
|
|
|
|
queathed to the Second Universalist Society of the city
|
|
|
|
of Baltimore all his estate, real and personal, of every
|
|
|
|
kind whatever, excepting a certain specific bequest,
|
|
|
|
and with certain conditions thereunto annexed, all
|
|
|
|
of which are fully set forth in the said last will and
|
|
|
|
testament; therefore
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
Bequest sanc-
|
of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the
|
|
|
tioned.
|
General Assembly of Maryland be and the same is
|
|
|
|
hereby given to the said bequest.
|
|
|
|
