CHAPTER 101.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commission-

ers of Montgomery county, to levy a sum of mo-

ney to pay the claims of Lawrence A. Darby, and

Mary Y. K. Robertson, administratrix of William

G. Robertson, deceased, for taxes erroneously paid

by them.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of

CHAPTER 102.

AN ACT to authorise the Comptroller of the Treas-

ury to adjust and settle the accounts due by col-

lectors, sheriffs, clerks of courts, registers of wills

and other receivers of public monies, in cases

where the indebtedness occurred prior to and in-

cluding the year eighteen hundred and seventy-

five.
