	CHAPTER 84.
	AN ACT providing for the re-location and straight-
	ening of Water street and extension of Green
	street, in the city of Cumberland, and for the
	grading, re-curbing and re-paving thereof.
	SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
	Maryland, That J. Smith Johnson, Ferdinand Wil-
	liams and Richard Bender be and they are hereby	Commission-
	appointed commissioners, with power and authority	ers appointed
	to re-locate and straighten that portion of Water
	street, in the city of Cumberland, lying between
	Washington and Green streets, in said city.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the eastern side of
	said street, as re-located, shall commence at a point
	in the front of the building of Morris A. Healy,
	where it is intersected by the line of the southern	Lines of
	side of Washington street, and shall run from said	street.
