last will and testament of Thomas J. Fisher, late


of Cecil county, Maryland, deceased, to the Meth-


odist Episcopal Church at Galena, in Kent county,


State of Maryland.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the
General Assembly of Maryland be and the same is
hereby given and declared to the bequest of two
