	funds that may remain to any other charitable ob-
	ject, institution or corporation as in their judgment
	and discretion they may deem best, such gift, grant
	and application to be made under the supervision of
	the Circuit Court of Baltimore city, to be reported
	thereto and ratified and confirmed thereby and
	therein recorded.
	SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all acts and parts
	of acts relating to the Union Orphan Asylum of Baltimore city, inconsistent with the provisions of	Acts repealed
	this act, are hereby repealed.
	SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force.

	CHAPTER 81.
	AN ACT to give and declare the sanction and con-
	sent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the
	bequest of two hundred dollars, contained in the
	last will and testament of Thomas J. Fisher, late
	of Cecil county, Maryland, deceased, to the Meth-
	odist Episcopal Church at Galena, in Kent county,
	State of Maryland.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given and declared to the bequest of two	Bequest sanc- tioned.
