AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend title after the words "Seneca Creek," insert
the words "Seneca River, Salt Petre River," and
after the words "Middle River," in line 3, insert the
words "and their tributaries."
Amend section 1, line 4: After the word "Creek,"
insert the words "Seneca River, Salt Petre River,"
and in line 5, after the word ''River," insert the
words "and their tributaries."
Add the following as section 2 :
"Section 2. And be it enacted, That the provisions
of this Act shall not apply to that part or portion of
Middle river lying North of a line drawn diagonally
from Planter's Point to a point known as Martini's
Point and that part of Frog Mortar, a tributary of
said Middle river, lying north of a line drawn from
Weir Point on James Hughes' shore to Weiskettle's
landing; and, provided further, that it shall be un-
lawful for any person or persons to haul a seine or
seines in that part or portion of said Middle river
