Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments chapter No. 400, of the Laws of
1886, entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Board of Managers of the Maryland Hospital for the
Insane to sell and convey certain land lying between
the bed of the Catonsville Short Liue Railroad Com-
pany and the Frederick Turnpike.
Which was read a second time.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act amending the charter of
the Home and Infirmary of Western Maryland, in the
city of Cumberland, by repealing section 3 of the
Act of 1890, chapter 190, and re-enact said section
with amendments, providing that seven of the twelve
directors of said corporation be appointed by the
Governor.

Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act for the assistance of the
Home and Infirmary of Western Maryland, in the city
of Cumberland.

ported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to amend Article 23 of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Corpora-
tions," by adding four additional sections to Aiticle
217 thereof, and to be known as "Sections 217 A,
217 B, 217 C and 217 D, so as to provide for the in-
corporation of the Roman Catholic Church, &c.
