House bill entitled an Act to legalize and make valid
the appointment of Registers of Voters and the Board
of Supervisors of Elections in the city of Hagerstown,
and the entries made, acts done, und proceedings
taken by said Registers of Voters in attempted pur-
suance of the duties required of them respectively
by the provisions of chapter 36, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its present
January Session, entitled an Act to repeal sections
156 and 159, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Washington County," sub-title
"Hagerstown," and to re-enact the following in lieu
thereof, amending and revising the charter of Hagers-
town, and in providing for the government thereof,
and to add new and additional sections to Article 22,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington
Coanty," sub title "Hagerstown."
