AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
In section 104, line 4, after the word "of," strike
out the word "two," and insert the word "four," and
in section 105, line 8, after the word "ninety," strike
out the word "three," and insert the word "five."
Which was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Smith, of Dorchester county,
The Committee rose.
The Speaker resumed the Chair.
Mr. O'Conor, as Chairman of the Committee of the
Whole House, reported the said bill with proposed
amendments, and recommended that they be adopted
and bill passed.
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
