Under these circumstances your committee is of the
unanimous opinion, that it is not expedient or wise to
experiment upon these telephone companies by re-
ducing their rates.
For these reasons we report unfavorably House Bill
No. 125.

the Central Railway Company.

The House at 12.30 considered the Order of the Day,
being the motion to substitute
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 63, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Mechanics' Lien," and to be designated as "Sec-
tion 22 A,"
For the unfavorable report of the Committee on the
Judiciary, March 15th.
Which motion prevailed.
