House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Washington county to issue bonds
for building school-houses in Cavetown.
Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, from a Select Committee,
reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Dorchester county to make or
have made a general index of the the Land Records of
said county, and to provide for the payment therefor.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 83, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Cambridge," as
amended by the Act of 1890, chapter 311, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint a Justice of the Peace for the town of Hur-
lock, in Dorchester county.
Mr. Laird, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 155, of Article 16, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Montgomery County,"
sub-title "Birds and Game."
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 127, of
Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mont-
gomery county, sub-title "Justices of the Peace and
Constables," and re-enact the same with amendments,
Mr. Brashears, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 155, of Ar icle 2, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County,"
sub-title "Fish, Crabs and Terrapins," as enacted by
chapter 375, of the Acts of 1890.
Mr. McSherry reported favorably from a Select Com-
mittee,
House bill entitled an Act to amend section 258, of
Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, relating to the lien on livery stable keepers in
Frederick city, and also to add a section thereto.
