House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 124, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws,
volume 2, and re-enact the same with amendments.

engrossed for a third reading.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the re-
moval of the water-closet from the State House and
for the erection of the same in a building elsewhere,
and for the ventilation of the State House, the clean-
ing of the basement and the renovation of the furni-
ture of the Executive Chamber and to appropriate a
sum of money therefor.

Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the fourth
section of the Act of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1890, chapter 608, entitled an Act to provide
for State taxation on the revenues of certain foreign
corporations mentioned in this Act, accruing from
business done in the State, and re-enact the same with
amendments.

House bill entitled an Act to promote, encourage
and foster agriculture in this State and to appropriate
a sum of money therefor.
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to amend Article 56, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Licenses," by adding an additional section thereto
to follow section 20, under the sub-title of "Brokers,"
and to be known as "Section 20 A," with proposed
amendment.
