Mr. Bryan presented a petition from A. Sidney
Gadd and 38 other citizens of Queen Anne's county,
asking the passage of a local law authorizing the
County Commissioners of said county to pay a bounty
on hawks.
Which was read, and referred to the Queen Anne's
County Delegation.
Mr Sterling presented a petition of Thomas Ward
and 184 others, asking for an oyster police boat for
Pocomoke river.
Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.
Mr. Anderson presented the petition of James T.
Daniel and other citizens of Somerset county, asking
for a law to prohibit non-residents from scraping for
crabs in Somerset county.
Which was read, and referred to the Somerset
County Delegation.
Mr. Green presented a petition from 91 citizens of
Somerset county asking for a dog tax in said county.
Which was read, and referred to the Somerset
County Delegation.
Mr. Bryan presented a petition of A. Sidney Gadd

daway and 187 other voters, from the town of Oxford,
Trappe Election District, opposing any change in the

Delegation.
Also, presented a petition from J. W. Martin,.
George Griffin and 208 other voters of Trappe Election
District, opposing any change in the dividing line be-
tween Easton and Trappe Districts.
