Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the fourth sec-
tion of the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at January Session, 1890, chapter 608, entitled
an Act to provide for State taxation on the revenue
of certain Foreign Corporations, mentioned in this
Act, accruing from business done in the State of Mary-
land, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, Article 34, entitled "Estrays, Vessels
Adrift, Drift Logs," sub-title "Estrays," and 8 A
thereof, as enacted by chapter 242, of the, Acts of
1890, entitled an Act to add additional sections to
Article 34, to 8 A, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
The Senate has received your message of March 14th,
asking this Body to recede from its amendments to
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Prince George's county to issue
bonds, &c., and we respectfully decline to recede from
the same, and we herewith return said bill.
