ORDERS.
On Motion of Mr McSherry, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Biggs and Mr. Sappington, of
Frederick, be excused on account of sickness.
Mr. Grove, of Frederick, submitted the following
order, viz :
Ordered, That one box, each containing 300 stickers
or pasters be furnished each member of the House of
Delegates and officials of this body, and that the
Clerk of the House is hereby instructed to carry out
this order.
Which was read and referred to the Committee-
on Printing.
Mr. Bra shears submitted the following order, viz:
Ordered, That three hundred copies of the report
of St. John's College be printed.
Which was read and referred to Committee on
Printing.
On motion of Mr. Laird, it was
Ordered, That hereafter the hour of meeting of the
House be 12 o'clock, Meridian, until the further order
of the House.

Speaker of the House of Delegates :
SIR :—In accordance with the requirements of the
law I have the honor respectfully to submit through
you to the General Assembly of the State my report
of St. John's College for the past two years and of its
present condition.
