On motion of Mr. Carrico,
Leave was granted to the Charles County Delegation
and Mr. Hill, to introduce a bill entitled an Act to
authorize and empower the County Commissioners of
Charles county to levy a certain sum of maoney to pay
H. Clagett Page, of said connty, for indexing the
Land Records of said county.
On motion of Mr. Bryan,
Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to au-
thorize the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
county to issue bonds, bearing five per cent interest,
to an amount not exceeding twenty-five thousand
dollars, for the purpose of paying the current expenses
of said county.
On motion of Mr. Fitzgerald,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Printing
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sections
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, of Article 78, of the Code of
Public General Laws, titled "Public Pi inter," and to
re-enact the following sections in lieu thereof.
On motion of Mr. Schlaffer,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpora-
tions to introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate
the Baltimore, East Baltimore and North Point
Kellers Pavilion Railroad Company,
On motion of Mr. O'Conor,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to re-imburse
money erroneously paid into the State Treasury by
St. Vincent de Paul Perpetual Building and Loan
Association of Baltimore city.
On motion of Mr. Gaver,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act for the as-
sistance of the Home for the Aged of Frederick city.
On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Militia to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 5, of
Article 65, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Militia," and to re-enact'the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Cornthwaite,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Federal
Relations to introduce a bill entitled an Act granting
