Mr. Grove, of Cecil, submitted the following pro-
posed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Add to the end of section 26 the following :
"Provided, That the Board of Control and Review
of Cecil county shall not sit more than forty days, but
the Governor of this State shall have power, for good
cause shown, to extend the time of the sitting of the
Board of Control and Review for said county, for such
time, not exceeding twenty days, as may to him seem
proper."
Which was adopted.
Mr. Laird submitted the following proposed amend-
ment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 27, line 8, before the word "personal,"
insert the word "visible," and after the word "prop-
erty," insert the words, "and the aggregate of private
securities."
Which was adopted.
