Chapter 129. An Act to authorize the Board of
County School Commissioners of Talbot county to
borrow money.
Chapter 130. An Act to add a section to Article 24,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Worcester
County," sub-title "Oysters and Fish," to be known
as "Section 171 A."
Chapter 181. An Act to incorporate the Trustees of
the McDonogh School.
Chapter 132. An Act to repeal chapter 618, of the
Acts of 1890, title "Justice of the Peace," sub-title
"Criminal Jurisdiction," so far as it applies to Talbot
county.
Chapter 133. An Act to repeal and re enact with
amendments section 52, of Article 3, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-
title "County Treasurer."
Chapter 134. An Act to authorize the Commissioners
of Easton to borrow a sum of money for the payment
of a certain debt due by said Commissioners to meet
the expenses of the town of Easton, to issue bonds
for the payment of the same.
Chapter 135. An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 10, of Article 7, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Carroll Court," sub-title
"Circuit Court," as amended by chapter 136 of the
Acts of 1890, and to add a sed ion designated 16 A,
providing for the drawing of jurors.
Chapter 137. An Act to P Ld an additional section to
Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Testamentary Law," sub title "Orphans' Court,"
and to be called "Section 227 A.
Chapter 138. An Act to authorize the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to issue the stock of said
corporation to an amount not excelling six millions
of dollars, for building a Court House and securing
the necessary ground therefor, for the opening, widen-
ing, repairing and paving of streets.
