Chapter 119. An Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Caroline county to appoint
an additional Constable for the First Election District
of Caroline county.
Chapter 120. An Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to appoint an
additional Constable for the Fourth Election District
of said county.
Chapter 121. An Act to authorize and empower
the Governor to appoint an additional Justice of the
Peace for Election Districts Nos. 1, 4 and 7, of
Charles county.
Chapter 122. An Act to repeal sections 230 and 231,
of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Courts."
Chapter 123. House bill entitled an Act to add an
additional section to Article 22, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-title
"Hagerstown."
Chapter 123. An Act supplemental to an Act passed
January Session, 1890, of the General Assembly ot
Maryland, chapter 130, entitled an Act to provide for
the purchase or construction of water works for the
town of Frostburg, in Allegany county.
Chapter 125. An Act to give the Legislative assent
of the State of Maryland to the provisions of an Act
of Congress approved August 30th, 1890, and entitled
an Act to apply a portion of the proceeds of the public
lands to the more complete endowment and suppoit
of the colleges for the benefit of agriculture and the
mechanic arts.
Chapter 126. An Act to repeal section 192, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington
County," sub-title "Hagerstown," and re-enact the
same with amendments.
Chapter 127. An Act to declare the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland to certain bequests in
the last will and testament and in the codicils thereto
of Susanna Warfield, deceased.
Chapter 128. An Act to authorize the Burgess and
Commissioners of Middletown, Frederick county, to
issue bonds for the purpose of constructing, operating
and keeping in repair water-works for said town.
