The Committee then rose.
The Speaker resumed the Chair.
Mr. Fitzgerald, as Chairman of the Committee of
the Whole House, reported the said bill entitled an
Act to authorize the Governor to appoint three addi-
tional Notaries Public for Baltimore city.
With proposed amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Strike out the word "three" and insert the word
"four," after the word "appoint."
Also, amend title by striking out "three" and in-
serting "four."
With recommendation that they be adopted and bill
passed.
