Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "City of Baltimore," sub title "Justices of
the Peace and Constables," and to repeal chapter 125
of the Laws of 1890, and to re enact with amendment,
section 607, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore," sub-
title "Justices of the Peace and Constables."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Baltimore City delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to change the title of
Article 70 of the Code of Public General Laws of the
State of Maryland, entitled "Official Oaths," to that
of "Official and Other Oaths," and to add new section
thereto.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Judiciary Committee.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit pool selling,
book making, or betting in Prince George's and Mont-
gomery county.
Which was read a first time, and referred to Prince
George's County Delegation.

REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.
Mr. Wilkinson, from the Committee on Amend-
ments to the Contitution, reported back to the House,
Senate bill entitled an- Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 4, of the Constitution of this State,
With recommendation that said bill be referred to
the Baltimore City Delegation.
Bill so referred.
Mr. McSherry, from the Committee on Printing, re-
ported favorably the following o.der referred to said
committee March 11th, viz.
Ordered, That the State Printer be authorized to-
print and bind in paper one thousand extra copies of
the School Reports, and that said Reports be delivered
to the Principal of the State Normal School for dis-
tribution; provided that the cost does not exceed the
sum of $650.
