Cecil, Bryan, Wallen, Franklin, Wilkinson, Mc-
Sherry, Gaver, Sappington, of Frederick, Bevard
Hayward, Stearns, Johnson, Brennan, Carter, Bowie,
of Baltimore city, Gill, Sams, Fockler, Shafer, Gar-
rott, Laird, Griffith, Young, Hosken, Sr., Stottle-

Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the "M. J. Grove Lime Company, of Frederick
County," by authorizing the said company to pur-
chase and hold land in this and other States, districts
and territories of the United States and for other pur-
poses, and to perpetuate the existence of said corpo-
ration.
Which was read a third time, and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows:

tion 1, of Article 7, of the Constitution of Maryland,
so far ns the same relates to Carroll county, and to
repeal section 18, of Article 7, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Carroll County," sub-title "County
Commissioners."

nays, as follows:
